“This economy”
I think I hear the words “this economy” about 50 times a day these days. I’m starting to get really tired of it. I know we’re in the crapper these days, but is “this economy” the excuse for everything now? I’m just waiting for one of my kids to give me the “this economy” excuse for breaking a toy, or for anything.
It’s not always bad, for instance in “this economy” we need to save our money, we can’t eat out so much in “this economy”, yada yada yada. I mean does it really take “this economy” to develop common sense?
Enough is enough. “This economy” – it is what it is.
